Dublin Mid-West is a 5-seat constituency covering Clondalkin, Lucan and Newcastle. Sinn Féin's Eoin Ó Broin topped the poll — one of two candidates of that exact name on the 2024 ballot, the other a Social Democrat who polled far fewer votes — and was elected alongside running mate Mark Ward, Fine Gael's Emer Higgins, Fianna Fáil's Shane Moynihan, and independent Paul Gogarty, who narrowly won the final seat.
